I had another "larger" company come out and they said I needed a new system for $5,000 plus and that the system was dead. Went to Hamilton and the service technician was very professional, examined the system said that the motor was not working, that the system was old but that the only thing that wasn't working was the motor. The technician replaced the motor and it has been working ever since. SUGGEST YOU GET HAMILTON OUT TO SERVICE YOUR SYSTEM FIRST BEFORE YOU ARE CONNED INTO BUYING A NEW SYSTEM FOR THOUSANDS MORE.

Very happy with Hamilton Heating and Cooling. I contacted several companies and they were one of the few that actually responded to me. They answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable about the different types of systems. We had two systems to replace and decided to go with mini splits. I couldn't be happier with their service and our new systems.

David was my first call when my cooling system started showing signs of failure after 16 years. Within one day, I had my estimate and a schedule for my installation. Installation was complete within one day and a follow-up to adjust the blower speeds. Couldn't be happier with the results and my electric bill was reduced 20%!

In the hottest part of summer our AC was no longer cooling our house. We called Hamilton heating and cooling since they were local and have used them in the past for all our service calls. They were extremely professional and reliable. When they said they would be at our house they were there. They took their time looking over our system and found the problem. Called Hamilton Heating and Cooling based on a recommendation to have my AC serviced. They did a great job. Dave was easy to work with and he was right on time. Weeks after the service I installed a Nest thermostat myself and unwittingly caused an issue with my cooling system during some very hot days inf FL. Dave came back, got deep into troubleshooting and discovered that when I mounted the new thermostat I had accidentally driven the mounting screw right through two of the wires shorting them out. I would have never figured that out. Dave pulled new wires and had us up and running in no time with no judgement. Thank You Hamilton Heating and Cooling!

Called Hamilton Air (David) when our unit stopped cooling, and after the original installer came out and said it would be several days before they could repair it. (And they misdiagnosed the problem). David arrived in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part on Thursday. He called us at 5:30 pm Friday, to say the part came in. He was at our house at 6:30 Friday evening, and installed the part, with no excessive after hours fee. The a/c is working perfectly. We can't thank David enough. We truly appreciate his honesty and ability.
